The charge/discharge capacity: 9.000 tonnes in 24 hours per LPG; 16.000 tonnes in 24 hours for oil products
The terminal is designed by NEDECO a Dutch consortium consulting company.
The primary consultant is Witteveen + Bos which is a company with an international reputation and with more than 650 employees.
In the final design of the terminal from NEDECO are included also:
- Batimetri Surveillance
- Naval Study
- Design of the building areas
- Facilities in the shore
- Platform with pilots and the discharge wings
- Digging Operate
- Base design of machinery equipment for the discharge and security
- Assistance in tender procedures and its evaluation
- The preparation of certification documents.
University of Tirana has been contacted and has conducted assessment and impact on the environment.
